How the Process Works

Begin by submitting a simple interest form. Once we connect, we’ll learn about your school or fundraiser, goals, branding, and preferred timeline.

We handle all design work — logos, product layouts, mockups, and marketing images. This includes unlimited design creation and unlimited revisions. We don’t stop until your school or fundraiser is completely satisfied with the final look. Every design is reviewed and approved before moving forward.

Once designs are approved, we provide your school or fundraiser with a custom QR code that links directly to your order page, and a professionally designed marketing flyer for distribution. The flyer is fully customized for your school or fundraiser, designed by us, reviewed and approved by you and revised as many times as needed to be acceptable. This makes it easy for schools and fundraisers to promote pre-orders without creating materials in-house.

You choose the order launch date and close date. Families place orders directly through your dedicated school storefront on our website. No paper order forms. No collecting money. No order tracking required by the school or fundraiser.

We manage the entire backend process, including:

Order processing
Payments
Customer support
Production coordination
Order organization and sorting

You do not need to chase orders, handle cash, or manage spreadsheets.

Once production is complete, school orders are delivered to your school, organized by Student name and Teacher. This allows for fast, stress-free distribution. Fundraising campaigns can elect to distribute directly to the purchaser through normal shipping channels.

Schools receives a commission check or ACH wire based on total sales — turning spirit wear into a meaningful fundraiser with zero workload. For fundraising campaigns, funds are sent to the fundraising recipient via their choice of Check, Zelle, or Venmo.
